Simple Pricing

Our standard office visit is priced at $135. If there are any additional services or medications you may require, the price may increase. For example, a flu test is $35; antibiotics range from $5-$25. There is an additional fee of $100 for evening, weekend or holiday visits; and an additional fee of $150 for after-hour visits. Please note that while our direct care practice does not file for insurance on your behalf, we will provide you all the documentation you need to file to your insurance carrier yourself.
